WHAT WE BELIEVE

We, the members of Parakletos Ministry, stand firmly on the foundation of God’s Word, walking in faith, power, and divine purpose. We boldly declare our beliefs:

We are a faith-based ministry, rooted in the unshakable truth of God’s Word, living by faith and not by sight. (2 Corinthians 5:7)

We believe in Jesus Christ, the Son of the Living God His virgin birth, sinless life, atoning death on the cross, burial, and glorious resurrection. He is now seated at the right hand of the Father, interceding for us. (Luke 1:26-35, 1 Corinthians 15:3-4, Hebrews 7:25)

We believe in water baptism by full immersion, as an outward expression of our faith in Christ and obedience to His command. Through baptism, we identify with His death, burial, and resurrection. (Matthew 28:19, Romans 6:3-4)

We are Holy Spirit-filled and fire-baptized, walking in the power and gifts of the Spirit. We embrace the supernatural work of the Holy Spirit in our lives and ministry. (Acts 1:8, Acts 2:1-4)

We believe in speaking in tongues as the Spirit gives utterance, a sign of the baptism of the Holy Spirit and a means of spiritual edification. (Acts 2:4, 1 Corinthians 14:2, Jude 1:20)

We are called to walk in love, holiness, and obedience, living as ambassadors of Christ, demonstrating His kingdom on earth. (Ephesians 5:1-2, 1 Peter 1:15-16, 2 Corinthians 5:20)

We stand on the promises of God and declare His Word with boldness, knowing that His Word will never return void. (Isaiah 55:11, Hebrews 10:23)

 

This is our creed, our declaration, and our commission. We are Parakletos Ministry empowered by the Holy Spirit, walking through open doors, fulfilling God’s purpose.
